Allman's was founded in 1954 and has been Fredericksburg's #1 choice for Barbecue ever since.

A meal at Allman's will feel like a nostalgic step back in time. Original spinning counter stools, chrome and neon, and the comforting aroma that comes only from 53 years of delicately cooked Smithfield pork.

Our BBQ sauce and Cole Slaw dressing are famous. Both have been lovingly prepared, in Allman's kitchen, by Mary "Mom" Brown for 47 years. These recipes are in excess of 100 years old.
