After a December, 2006 acquisition by an affiliate of a private equity firm, the Lone Star brand began a new and exciting era. On your next visit to Lone Star Steakhouse, youre going to see a brand NEW menu with some great new Big Texas Tastes. Start your meal off right with our signature Texas Rose its big enough to share, but many of our guests want to keep it all to themselves. Or try our NEW Taste of Texas Sampler platter, complete with Lone Star Skins, Buffalo Chicken Tenders and Crispy Onion Strings. Next comes our latest signature creation our NEW Signature Steak & Wedge Salad. The only thing better than our already famous Signature Lettuce Wedge, is that you can now enjoy it as a steakhouse meal. Weve paired our Signature Lettuce Wedge with tender sliced steak medallions (or mesquite grilled chicken breast , if that is your preference).
But what made Lone Star Steakhouse one of Americas favorite restaurants comes straight from the grill. Lone Star Steakhouse steaks are seasoned with our own special blend and then mesquite-wood grilled to order. And our new menu offers some great new creations from the grill.
